Returns

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since the purchase, unfortunately, we cannot hold a refund or exchange offer.

To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are given (if applicable)

- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or parts are missing for reasons not due to our error

- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of approval or rejection of the refund.

If you're approved, your refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your original credit card or payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or missing repayments (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, check your bank account again first.

Then contact your banking company, it may take some time before the refund is officially registered.

Then contact the bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted.

Promotional items (if applicable)

Only full price items can be refunded, unfortunately promotional items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged, email us at info@homehero.shop. and we will help you with the return process.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning an item under 30 euro, you should consider using a shipping service.
