Return Policy

At Home Hero, we are committed to ensuring your experience is seamless. We understand that there may be instances where you need to return or cancel an order. To facilitate this process, we have established a no-hassle 30-days return and exchange policy starting from the day the order was delivered.

Returns and Exchanges : If, for any reason, the item you receive is not right, you can return it within 30 days for a refund or exchange. Please note the following guidelines to ensure a smooth process:

The item must be returned in its original condition with original unbroken seal and labels intact for a full refund or exchange.

  • Chemical Products: Must be unused, with plastic seal unbroken on the bottle, and no damage to the bottle cap or bottle.
  • Microfiber Twels : Must be in brand new condition, unwashed and no traces of use.
  • Cleaning Accessories & Others : Must be unused, undamaged with original tags attached.

Home Hero reserves the right to reject any return if the product package is opened or the product appears used.

Refund Policy : Refunds will be initiated within 24-48 working hours of receiving the product at our warehouse.

  • For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be initiated to the same account from which the payment was. It may take upto 7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
  • For cash on delivery transactions, we will initiate a bank transfer against the refund amount to the bank details shared by you. It may take upto 7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
  • Alternatively, we provide a hassle free refund through Store Credits. These credits have no expiration date, providing you with the flexibility to use them at your convenience for future purchases.

Cancellation Policy :

  • If you want to cancel an order before it has been shipped, you can raise a cancellation request via email or call.
  • If you want to cancel an order or a part of it after it has been shipped, you can raise a return request and, the standard return policy mentioned above will apply.
