Packaging Integrity: Your satisfaction is our priority. If you observe any tampering or damage to the packaging, kindly refuse the delivery and contact us immediately at info@home-hero.co. We will make every effort to facilitate a prompt replacement delivery.

Shipping Charges: All shipping orders below a total of 60 euros have a fee of 2.95 euros. Enjoy the convenience of FREE shipping on orders over 60 euros.

Shipping Locations: We proudly serve customers across most locations in Europe and growing to cover every corner.

Shipping Time: We strive to process your orders and dispatch within 1-2 working days of receiving the order. 

Eastern Europe: Once dispatched, anticipate delivery within 3-4 working days.
Central Europe: Once dispatched, anticipate delivery within 4-5 working days. additional days.
West Europe & Nordics: Once dispatched, anticipate delivery within 5-9 working days.

Unforeseen Delays: While we make every effort to uphold our delivery commitments, we are not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, including courier company delays or unavailability of the customer during delivery attempts.
